Jeffrey Maron is a multi-disciplinary artist with an extensive global exhibition history whose works can be found in corporate, public and private collections. He is the recipient of grants from the National Endowment for the Arts, and Fullbright-Hays to Japan, along with an award from the Jackson Pollock/Lee Krasner Foundation.
Maron's art has a definite connection to our spiritual identity and is not directly derived from any of the main currents of contemporary art. His work is characterized by paradoxes. It is both tough and beautiful, religious and sensual, reminiscent of familiar symbols but clearly unique.
