"In Buddhism, Bardo is the state between death and rebirth. It is the place where we receive council and choose our next existence. Memories of this are not easily accessible, but the concept of choosing our existence I find liberating. I have been working on a series of unique works on paper for the past five years titled 'The Bardo of Becoming'. Each one of these is lilke a view of an unstructured world, a dream, a day dream". JM
