public works The Hillman Cancer Center [ Spirits' Flight ] In the Hillman Cancer Center, there was a desire to create a space that would help treat the body with the more ephemeral qualities of healing. A sculpture garden was created in the atrium to provide a quiet sanctuary where patients can rest and focus on overcoming their health crisis. It is also a place where all who visit (family, doctors, researchers) can go to find peace and beauty. Please click an image for a larger view.
